What is Distance Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing treatment that works holistically (on the whole body, mind and spirit). Natural healing vibrations are transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner (I will be acting as a conduit), to the energy field of the recipient.
Distance Reiki allows the practitioner to send healing energy across time and space to clear blockages from the past... making way for new opportunities and changes. think of it as a jump start for your mind, body & spirit energy.
Distance Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present. We are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of the collective energy.

How will it work for me?
As a Spiritual Life coach, I am also a Licensed Reiki Master (Shinpiden). I love Reiki treatments! Through preforming reiki treatments for myself and others, I whole-heartedly believe in its impact during spiritual growth process.
During the treatment, it is important to take time to meditate. Journaling can also be helpful to organize thoughts or notate any changes that may occur within yourself and/or environment.
