A few weeks ago, I had an insightful conversation with a coworker about how they were feeling like they were just becoming angsty about having to come to work every day. We had a deep dive into motivation & responsibility, ending on the importance of refreshing motivation. This moment sent me down a rabbit hole of reflection, I feel like it is natural to lose ourselves in the routine and then we need to find an "inspiration reset".

So as some of you may know... I went on a wonderful soothing vacation:) While going on a hike, I had time to clear my mind and ground into nature. These phrases kept rolling through my mind "Mindfulness nurtures self-reflection...Self-reflection is the key to improvement...improvement is made through change."

After much thought, I have decided to make some
major changes to Lives in Sync LLC. 

Thank you for being a part of this journey we are taking together and my goal is to be able to provide useful and entertaining messages for you. This means that improvement is important for growth. I have given myself a flexible deadline to have everything finalized and consistent by the end of the year.
